Weekly Workouts at Waterloo
Take part in a variety of body-moving, mind-rejuvenating health and wellness classes at Waterloo Park on the Love, Tito’s Lawn, the Moody Amphitheater stage, and the Meredith Heritage Tree Deck.
Classes are FREE and open to the public. Yoga, meditation, dance, Pilates, cardio, strength and so much more!
- Led by mind/body fitness instructors
- All ages and abilities welcome
- Special sessions for active agers 50+
- Bring water (yoga mat or towel recommended for some classes)
