Executive Assistant to the CEO
The Executive Assistant to the CEO provides proactive, professional administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer to ensure efficient and effective operations. Reporting directly to the CEO, this highly visible role manages the CEO’s calendar and executive administration, oversees communications, meeting coordination, special projects, and stakeholder engagement, and maintains the highest level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. Grants Manager
Reporting to the Director of Major Gifts, the Grants Manager is a vital component of Waterloo Greenway Conservancy’s (WGC) development and fundraising efforts and is responsible for the development, management, and execution of WGC’s grant funding work. Activities include researching, writing, applying, reporting, and stewarding WGC grant-related efforts with the goal of meeting annual and capital campaign fundraising goals.

Operations Crew Member (Part-Time)
The Operations Crew Member position exercises overall responsibility for hands-on event operations, including setup and teardown, ensuring the venue and all related events operate at the highest standards and within the scope of WGC policies and procedures. This position is critical to developing and maintaining excellent operational standards for Waterloo Greenway and Moody Amphitheater and maintaining the facilities and park-grounds at the highest level of quality and safety possible. This position supports ongoing venue, event production, and park operations.

Accounting Specialist
WGC is seeking a motivated and experienced individual to take on the Accounting Specialist role. The Accounting Specialist is responsible for supporting the organization’s day-to-day accounting operations, with a primary focus on accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash postings, and credit card reconciliation. This role ensures that financial transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner while maintaining compliance with organizational financial policies and procedures.
