Capital Projects Manager

The Capital Projects Manager, in partnership with the Director of Planning & Design, is responsible for ensuring that the Waterloo Greenway design is executed at the highest level and fulfills the aspirations established by the organization through the Design Competition and City of Austin-approved Design Plan.

Working in collaboration with City of Austin staff, the Manager is responsible for ensuring that capital projects are executed on schedule and on budget. The Manager will monitor the design and construction for issues related to successful long-term park maintenance and operations. The manager is a vocal advocate for the design vision and needs of the organization in meetings and communications about the capital project. The Capital Projects Manager will report directly to the Director of Planning & Design.

Planning Assistant

The Planning Assistant will support the Director of Planning and Design to ensure that Waterloo Greenway is represented and reflected in critical planning efforts that affect the successful execution of the Waterloo Greenway Design as outlined in the Design Plan and the Design Competition.

The Planning Assistant will be responsible for tracking adjacent and related planning efforts, engaging with City and community partners along with the Director, and ensuring that WGC provides timely feedback in the planning processes. The Planning Assistant will also support the Capital Project Managers efforts as directed by the Director of Planning and Design. The Planning Assistant will report to the Director of Planning & Design.

Operations Coordinator

The Operations Coordinator position exercises overall responsibility for hands-on event operations, set up/tear down ensuring the venue and all related events operate at the highest standards and within the scope of WGC policies and procedures. This position is critical to developing and maintaining excellent operational standards for Waterloo Greenway and Moody Amphitheater and maintaining the facilities and park-grounds at the highest level of quality and safety possible.

This position supports ongoing venue and event production. The Operations Coordinator will be an employee of the WGC, reporting to the Moody Amphitheater Operations Manager. This position will also work in collaboration with Live
Nation and its contractors who operate within the venue.

Development/Database Coordinator

Waterloo Greenway Conservancy seeks an organized and dynamic Development/Database Coordinator to join our fundraising team. The Development Coordinator will be a detail-oriented and thoughtful fundraiser with excellent development database management skills — an enthusiastic, genuine and effective team player dedicated to the mission of Waterloo Greenway Conservancy. This position will report to the Chief Development Officer and work closely with the
development and finance staff.

Responsibilities include maintaining the donor database; overseeing gift processing and acknowledgement; supporting fundraising special events; representing the organization to donors, vendors, and the public; and supporting development staff. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and willing to take complete ownership of critical duties.

Moody Amphitheater Box Office Clerk

Waterloo Greenway and Live Nation are seeking a Box Office Clerk. This role requires flexibility with scheduling and is a part time occasional position, based on event requirements. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in ticketing software, staff supervision, and customer service. The Box Office Clerk will be an employee of the Waterloo Greenway Conservancy, reporting to the Moody Amphitheater General Manager and will work in collaboration with Live Nation and its contractors who operate within the venue.

The Box Office Clerk will provide exceptional front-line customer service to ticket purchasers, conduct in-person ticket sales at the Box Office using the Ticketmaster Point of Sale system, organize and distribute will-call and guestlist tickets, and assist with customer inquiries and help resolve ticket-related issues.
