Operations Manager

Waterloo Greenway and Live Nation are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to take on the Operations Manager role at the Waterloo Park Moody Amphitheater in Austin, TX. This position exercises overall responsibility for facility operations ensuring the venue and all related matters operate at the highest standards and within the scope of Waterloo Greenway Conservancy and Live Nation policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in venue operations management.

The Operations Manager will be an employee of the Waterloo Greenway Conservancy, reporting to the Moody Amphitheater General Manager and will work in collaboration with Live Nation and its contractors who operate within the venue.

Amphitheater Box Office Manager

Waterloo Greenway and Live Nation are seeking a Box Office Manager to manage the day to day box office operations and ticketing operations for the Moody Amphitheater at Waterloo Park, ensuring the venue and all related matters operate at the highest standards of Waterloo Greenway and within the scope of Live Nation standards, policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in ticketing software, staff supervision, and customer service. The Box Office Manager will be an employee of the Waterloo Greenway Conservancy, reporting to the Moody Amphitheater General Manager and will work in collaboration with Live Nation and its contractors who operate within the venue.

Senior Accountant

Live Nation (LN) and Waterloo Greenway (WG) are sourcing a Senior Accountant to manage payables, receivables, receipts, show settlements, and Moody Amphitheater financial statements. This inaugural role will be responsible for shaping the 5K+ seat Moody Amphitheater financial operations and ultimately will aid in the business making sound financial decisions. As a Senior Accountant, your work, whether it’s modeling business scenarios or tracking and reporting of venue performance, is used by our leaders to make strategic company decisions. Excellent at working on multiple projects at a time, you are focused on the details while finding creative ways to address big picture challenges.

Sponsorship and Premium Seat Sales Director

Waterloo Greenway and Live Nation are seeking a Sponsorship and Premium Seat Sales Director to lead new business development for the Moody Amphitheater concert series at Waterloo Park. Product responsibilities will include sponsorships, premium seating, group and hospitality packages as well as other revenue-generating programs as added to the product portfolio. The Sponsorship and Premium Seat Sales Director will be an employee of the Waterloo Greenway Conservancy, reporting to the Chief Development Officer.

Development Associate

Waterloo Greenway Conservancy seeks an organized and dynamic Development/Database Associate to join our fundraising team. The Development Associate will be a thoughtful and detail-oriented fundraiser—an enthusiastic, genuine and effective team player dedicated to the mission of the Waterloo Greenway.

This position will report to the Director of Development and work closely with the development staff, finance staff, and Development Committee. Responsibilities include maintaining the donor database; overseeing gift processing and acknowledgement; supporting all organization special events; representing the organization to donors, vendors, and the public; and supporting development staff.
