Premium Seats Sales and Sponsorship Coordinator

Waterloo Greenway Conservancy (WGC) is seeking a passionate and motivated individual to take on the Premium Seats Sales and Sponsorship Coordinator (PSS Coordinator) role. To maximize sales and support, this PSS Coordinator position will support the Sponsorship and Premium Seat Sales Director (Director), overseeing the fulfillment of all accounts by ensuring the delivery and tracking of contractual elements and providing excellent customer service. Coordinator will also be responsible for managing all sponsorship inventories and finances and helping to develop new sponsorship programs.

Facilities Maintenance Manager

Waterloo Greenway Conservancy (WGC) is seeking a motivated and experienced Facilities Maintenance Manager (FMM). This will be a key position in the management and upkeep of property and assets managed by Waterloo Greenway, including the onsite Moody Amphitheater.

Reporting to WGC’s Director of Park Operations (DPO), the qualified individual will have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in facilities and equipment maintenance, inspection and repair. Applicants should be “hands on,” well organized, knowledgeable of buildings and mechanical systems, have a positive work ethic, and be able to conduct themselves professionally as a representative of WGC. This position is critical to developing and maintaining excellent operational standards for WGC and ensuring an exceptional visitor experience in the park.

Horticulture Supervisor

Waterloo Greenway Conservancy (WGC) is seeking a motivated and experienced Horticulture Supervisor. This will be a key position in the management and upkeep of property and assets managed by Waterloo Greenway, including the onsite Moody Amphitheater.

Marketing Coordinator

Waterloo Greenway Conservancy (WGC) and Live Nation are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to take on the Marketing Coordinator role at the Waterloo Park Moody Amphitheater in Austin, TX. This position will support the amphitheater Live Nation concert series and other WGC venue events and programs by implementing and supporting marketing efforts and plans including: proofing, designing, managing and analyzing all aspects of marketing strategies, email marketing, social media, daily automated and manual B2C campaigns with the goal of connecting and distributing messaging to consumers in a way that is targeted, welcoming, and will ultimately encourage positive word-of-mouth about the venue. Role will operate at the highest standards of WGC and within the scope of Live Nation standards, policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in venue marketing coordination. The Marketing Coordinator will be an employee of the WGC with duo reporting lines to the WGC Director of Communications and the Live Nation Marketing Manager and will work in collaboration with contractors who operate within the venue.

Operations Manager

Waterloo Greenway and Live Nation are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to take on the Operations Manager role at the Waterloo Park Moody Amphitheater in Austin, TX. This position exercises overall responsibility for facility operations ensuring the venue and all related matters operate at the highest standards and within the scope of Waterloo Greenway Conservancy and Live Nation policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in venue operations management.

The Operations Manager will be an employee of the Waterloo Greenway Conservancy, reporting to the Moody Amphitheater General Manager and will work in collaboration with Live Nation and its contractors who operate within the venue.

Development Associate

Waterloo Greenway Conservancy seeks an organized and dynamic Development/Database Associate to join our fundraising team. The Development Associate will be a thoughtful and detail-oriented fundraiser—an enthusiastic, genuine and effective team player dedicated to the mission of the Waterloo Greenway.

This position will report to the Director of Development and work closely with the development staff, finance staff, and Development Committee. Responsibilities include maintaining the donor database; overseeing gift processing and acknowledgement; supporting all organization special events; representing the organization to donors, vendors, and the public; and supporting development staff.
