Every Monday from March 23 – May 18, except May 4. Start each week with feel-good vibes and mindful movement accompanied by healing sound therapy. Each class features a different style of yoga and live music. All ages and abilities welcome!

Monday, March 23 – Mindful Movement All Level Flow with Live DJ
Instructor: Collette, DJ: Brittany (DJ Honey Pocket)
This unique experience blending music and movement together will get you out of your head and into your body. Collette will guide you through a flowy Vinyasa practice cooling down with a guided meditation and the addition of a specially curated live DJ set by Brittany, DJ Honey Pocket, that will leave you with all the feels. Take these vibes with you as you move through your week.

Monday, March 30 – Inspired Vinyasa
Instructor: Brittany Greer
Join Brittany for an all levels flow based practice designed to keep students in their bodies through creative transitions and breath centered practice. Come with an open mind and willingness to step outside of the traditional vinyasa experience and into a creative way to approach movement.

Monday, April 6 – Playful Hatha Flow
Instructor: Leslie from Alabama
A moving meditation focused on breath and alignment. Funky, fun transitions to keep you out of your head and present in your body. Leslie will encourage you to try new things and meet your neighbor.Expect to glisten and giggle and try new things! Playlist will keep a smile on your face.

Monday, April 13 – Slow Flow & Sound
Instructor: ATX Yoga Girl
Join Cynthia Bernard, Founder of ATX Yoga Girl for an evening of purposeful movement and a moment to pause and connect. Unwind with slow-flow yoga that links gentle poses and breath at a mindful pace. We’ll close beneath the open sky with a nature-infused sound bath with guitar accompaniment where soft tones and earth’s rhythms melt you into stillness.

Monday, April 20 – All Levels Stretch & Sound Healing

Monday, April 27 – All Level Vinyasa flow
Instructor: Sean Riley
Join Sean outdoors for a full-body, all-levels flow that builds heat, strength, and balance. We’ll focus on hip opening, core work, and standing balancing poses, with options offered throughout to support every practitioner.
Expect to move, breathe, strengthen, and stretch — all while grounding yourself in nature. Come ready to flow, connect, and leave feeling strong, open, and refreshed.
