Monday, September 29 – Vibrational Vinyasa & Gong Bath
Instructor: Xenia Hennington

Flow with intention to lively beats, syncing breath, and movement to energize the body and clear the mind. Then, surrender to the healing vibrations of the gong as it washes over you, guiding you into deep relaxation and inner peace.

Monday, October 6 – enCHANTment Flow
Instructor: Josh Wechsler

Join long-time Austin yoga teacher, performer, theatre director, and educator, Josh Wechsler, and step into a spirited blend of movement and music in this vigorous, all-levels Vinyasa flow. Together, we’ll awaken the body through dynamic sequencing, then drop into the power of voice with chanting meditation, inviting release, connection, and joy. This ecstatic practice weaves strength, rhythm, and sound into an uplifting experience that leaves you energized, grounded, and glowing from the inside out.

Monday, October 27 – Presence & Gratitude Yin and Sound
Instructor: Gioconda Parker & Jen Vu

Join this Yin yoga class, providing space and time to settle into some deep work on your connective tissues. This session will include guided breathing, visualization, and an incredible sound-scape to support your experience in this beautiful outdoor offering. Our assistants will help you find the best versions of each shape for your body.

Monday, November 3 – Bilingual Slow Flow & Sound Bath
Instructor: Isabel Sabel

Step onto your mat and into a sacred space of rest and renewal. This gentle bilingual (English & Spanish) yoga practice invites you to soften, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your heart. Through mindful movement, soothing breath, and intentional pauses, we’ll release layers of stress and invite in peace.

In honor of Día de los Muertos, our final relaxation (Savasana) becomes a space of remembrance and love—supported by the healing sounds of crystal bowls, gong, and chimes. Allow the vibrations to wash over you, calming the mind, easing the body, and opening the heart.

All are welcome to join this nurturing practice where body, mind, and spirit are held with care.

Comparte con tu tapete, en un espacio sagrado de descanso y renovación. Esta práctica suave y bilingüe (inglés y español) te invita a desprenderte a respirar profundamente y reconectarte con tu corazón. A través de movimientos conscientes, respiración tranquila y pausas intencionales, liberaremos capas de estrés e invitando a la paz interior.

Monday, November 10 – Mindful Movement: All Level Flow with Ambient Guitar

This unique experience blending music and movement will get you out of your head and into your body. Collette will guide you through a flowing all level Hatha Flow practice cooling down with a guided meditation. A specially curated live ambient guitar set by Cory will leave you with all the feels!
