Monday, March 24 – Yin & Sound (Singing Bowls)
Instructor: Angelena Sweet & Kaytee Hernandez
Join us for a rejuvenating 60-minute Yoga & Sound experience, where you will be guided into a state of balance. This session weaves together breathwork, flow, and yin culminating in a soothing sound bath designed to calm the nervous system and awaken inner peace.
No prior yoga experience is necessary—just bring an open heart and a willingness to receive.
Monday, March 31 – Bilingual Yoga + Sound
Instructor: Aneika & Isabel with ESB MACC
Bilingual Yoga + Sound w/ Castle Hill Fitness & Waterloo Greenway: Melt away stress and tension with Isabel and Aneika. This class combines gentle yoga poses, breathing techniques & guided relaxation w/ sound healing to help calm the mind & enhance overall well-being. Bring a yoga mat.
Yoga Bilingüe + Sonido con Castle Hill Fitness + Waterloo Greenway: Derrite el estrés y la tensión con Isabel y Aneika. Esta clase combina posturas suaves de yoga, técnicas de respiración y relajación guiada con sonido curativo para ayudar a calmar la mente y mejorar el bienestar general. Trae una esterilla de yoga.
Monday, April 14 – Slow Flow & Yin
Instructor: Kelly Bach
Join Kelly for a rejuvenating and nourishing Slow Flow and Yin practice. Unplug from the outside world and reconnect with your body, breath, and pure awareness. The pace will be unhurried, allowing time to settle into each pose and explore the way it feels in your body while cultivating strength and flexibility. Slow, fluid movement will allow space for you to listen in to what your body needs and wants in any given moment. Yoga will be followed by a longer savasana, allowing deep relaxation.
No prior yoga experience is necessary.
Bring a yoga mat & water bottle.
Monday, April 21 – Viniyoga Flow & Mantra
Instructor: Ana Pilar Cruz
Join Ana Pilar for a dynamic Viniyoga Flow class that will include a combination of static poses, dynamic movement, and chanting with an emphasis on connecting breath with movement to promote relaxation, flexibility, and strength. Viniyoga is an adaptable style of yoga that is suitable for all levels with a goal to cultivate a deeper connection with your body and mind, and leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
Monday, April 28 – Flow, Deep Rest & Sound
Instructor: Vanush Von Love
Join Vanush for a 60-minute practice that begins with a cleansing Flow before winding down with restorative movements to relax your body. Followed by an extended savasana accompanied by various high-vibrational instruments to facilitate deep Rest.
Monday, May 12 – Get Your Cool On! Chill Vibes Happy Hour Flow

Roll into summer with a slow flow yoga practice & chill vibes. This happy hour yoga class is designed to invigorate, regulate and leave you feeling chill.
Monday, May 19 – Raise Your Vibration: Yoga Flow & Chill Sounds
Instructor: Leti & DJ Donavin
Leti will lead you through a light-hearted slow yoga flow to attune the body, mind and spirit along with specially curated live DJ set by Donavin Velez that will leave you with all the feels. Take these vibes with you as you move through your week. This is an all-levels practice tailored for all to reset and restore. Please bring your yoga mat.
Tuesday, May 27 – Presence & Gratitude Yin and Sound
Instructor: Gioconda & Friends
Join Gioconda along with some amazing members of our Austin Teaching Community for an hour of Yin and Sound. Yin yoga gives you space and time to settle into some deep work on your connective tissues. This session will also include guided breathing and visualization while you are in the practice. Our sound healers will be creating an incredible sound-scape to support your experience in this beautiful outdoor offering and we will have assistants to help you find the best versions of each shape for your body. We look forward to sharing this evening with you.
