Yoga, Primal Movement & Sound

  • Come experience this one-of-a-kind class! You will release the stress of your day as you move through a combination of Yoga & movement with added class participation in sound.

Mindful Movement: All Level Flow w/ Ambient Guitar with Collette & Cory

This unique experience blending music and movement together will get you out of your head and into your body. Collette will guide you through a flowing all level Hatha Flow practice cooling down with a guided meditation. A specially curated live ambient Guitarist set by Cory will leave you with all the feels! Take these vibes with you as you move through your week.

Yoga Bliss w/ Kelly with Crystal Bowls

This unique experience blending music and movement together will get you out of your head and into your body. Collette will guide you through a flowing all level Hatha Flow practice cooling down with a guided meditation. A specially curated live ambient Guitarist set by Cory will leave you with all the feels! Take these vibes with you as you move through your week.

Flow & Restore with Crystal Bowls

  • Start your 60-minute practice with a cleansing Flow before winding down with restorative movements to relax your body.

Kundalini & Sound Bath

  • An evening of special nurturing and healing through breath and sound. Indulge in a guided meditation flowing into a sound bath with gong, crystal bowls, and chimes. Leave feeling lighter and more connected to yourself.
