Roots & Wings Festival: Pollinators Pathways: A Monarch’s Journey

Join us at The Confluence for a hands-on adventure inspired by one of nature’s most remarkable journeys. Families will create their own monarch wings and then flutter, explore, and discover their way through the park—following the incredible monarch migration from Canada to Mexico.

Along the way, collect stamps as you explore The Confluence and uncover the secrets that help monarchs along their journey. Discover why native plants, pollinators, and healthy habitats are so important for monarchs and other wildlife.

Designed for kids and families to experience together, this interactive adventure is a fun way to explore The Confluence, connect with nature, and learn how small actions—like planting a butterfly-friendly garden at home—can help support monarchs on their nearly 2,000-mile migration.
