Movies in the Park: Mother’s Day edition

Celebrate the women in your life with a magical evening and a movie under the stars! From 6:00-8:00 PM, immerse yourself in nature and enjoy the park, plus a Mother’s Day letter-writing station, plant giveaways, and yard games!

At 7:15 PM, the Dolly Parton Look-Alike Contest will begin! Don your blonde wig, your best denim and fringe, some sequins, or whatever brings out the Dolly in you! 💃 All ages invited to participate – kids and adults alike! Contest winners will be awarded with a pair of tickets to an upcoming concert at Moody Amphitheater! 🎟️

At sunset, settle in on the Moody Amphitheater lawn for an outdoor screening of the beloved classic Steel Magnolias – a heartfelt story of friendship, love, and resilience that’s perfect for Mother’s Day weekend. Grab your blanket, invite your friends, and make a night of it!

Light bites, sweet treats, and refreshing drinks will be available for purchase on-site. Bring a blanket or lawn chair to snag your favorite spot, and you’re welcome to pack a picnic to make the most of the evening. Please note that outside alcohol is not permitted and bags may be checked upon entry.
