This new restaurant is putting a Texas spin on the classic French brasserie. Translating to “The Herdsman,” Le Vacher will have a focus on Lone Star terroir, sourcing from Texas farmers and artisans.

Products included:

  • Chicken Liver Mousse, Red Wine Reduction
  • Cassoulet – Stewed Tarbais Beans, Sticky Glazed Pork Belly, Pickled Peppers
  • Tartiflette – Potato Casserole w/ Muenster Cheese and Bacon
  • A bottle of Beaujolais Red Wine
  • Hazelnut Praline Cookies
