Now entering its 6th year, Creek Show features light-based art works by local designers. Mark your calendars for Creek Show 2019: November 7-17, with a preview party on November 6.
The event continues to grow in popularity, drawing more than 50,000 Austinites and visitors to Waller Creek last year. The objective of Creek Show is to raise awareness about the future transformation of Waller Creek by inviting the community to experience the creek in new and interesting ways.
Information is available now and submissions will be accepted through Friday, March 1. New and emerging Austin-based artists, architects, landscape architects, and designers are encouraged to apply. Visit creekshow.com for complete details regarding requirements, budget, and timeline.
“It was an honor to be included in such a talented group. Working together and individually for a common goal of raising awareness for Waller Creek and the Conservancy as well as making Austin more beautiful was the highlight of my year.”
–Gretchen Leigh Du Prè, designer for aod’s Parabolus–
