Announcing 6th Annual Creek Show

6TH ANNUAL CREEK SHOW

November 7-17, 6pm – 10pm nightly

LOCATION: Waller Creek between 9th St. and 12th St.

Waller Creek Conservancy is thrilled to announce that Creek Show will be back for its 6th year in 2019! Everyone is invited to this free, family-friendly event featuring a variety of light-based art installations designed to bring attention to the revitalization of Waller Creek in downtown Austin.

Creek Show showcases local architects, landscape architects, artists, and designers who are chosen through an open Call for Ideas. Each year, artists explore different themes related to Waller Creek that range from hydrology to history and beyond. While the main attraction remains the impressive artistic creations, attendees will also enjoy live music, food vendors, and interactive activities.

Get a first look at all the selected teams and their designs.

Save the date for the official Creek Show Preview Party on Wednesday, November 6. This ticketed event provides a sneak peek of the installations while raising funds to keep Creek Show free and open to the public for 11 nights. Tickets on sale NOW!

Special thanks to the selection committee: Meredith Bossin, Louis Grachos, Chris Mattsson, Carla Nickerson, Ingrid Spencer, Daniel Woodroffe and Herlinda Zamora.
