The Kitty King Powell Lawn at Waterloo Park will soon be a space for engaging play and endless exploration.
In this area of the park, children (and young-at-heart adults alike) can let their imaginations run wild while exploring the playground’s Log Jam climbing structure, hillside stone slide, and Mega Grass maze.
Surrounded by pleasant shade trees, this nature-inspired play area will give our community the opportunity to connect with nature and one another. With food trucks and other amenities nearby, the Kitty King Powell Lawn will be a place for adventure, socializing, and casual dining.
