Monday, September 21 – Kundalini Vibrational Journey
Instructor: Siri Bahadur and Tracy Firsching
Join Siri Bahadur and Tracy Firsching of Shuniya Yoga Collective for a deeply nourishing journey into movement, breath, sound, and stillness. This special offering brings together pranayama (breathwork), kriya (a set of elevating physical practices), meditation, mantra, and restorative sound healing to support vitality, clarity, and a deeper sense of balance between body, mind, and soul.
Through Kundalini Yoga, we’ll awaken and focus the body and mind, creating space to move beyond mental chatter and into a state of greater presence.
The practice will transition into deep relaxation and a restorative sound bath featuring gongs, crystal bowls, guitar, and chimes. As the body becomes still and the mind quiets, we’ll create space to release tension, settle the nervous system, and integrate the practice. At the heart of this experience is Shuniya—the Zero Point: a place of stillness where we can soften the grip of the ego, reconnect with ourselves, and cultivate greater clarity and creative focus.
Come as you are and leave feeling supported, centered, and renewed.
