Slow Flow & Yin

Join Kelly for a rejuvenating and nourishing Slow Flow and Yin practice. Unplug from the outside world and reconnect with your body, breath, and pure awareness. The pace will be unhurried, allowing time to settle into each pose and explore the way it feels in your body while cultivating strength and flexibility. Slow, fluid movement will allow space for you to listen in to what your body needs and wants in any given moment. Yoga will be followed by a longer savasana, allowing deep relaxation.

No prior yoga experience is necessary. 
Bring a yoga mat & water bottle.
