Dream Together with Austin The Beloved Community

Austin The Beloved Community is kicking off a 7-year movement on the 60th anniversary of Dr. King’s I Have Dream Speech on August 28th, 2023 at 9am as we collectively work together to build a better future. In 2030, Austin The Beloved Community’s goal is that Central Texas would be a model for justice, equity, shared conviction, and action aimed at creating a more prosperous, vibrant, and exciting future. This event amplifies the call to proactively engage with issues around education, foster care, food security, and other root causes of community inequity over the next 7 years to bring about positive change.
