Bees, butterflies, and dragonflies, oh my! Insect species represent the largest percentage of the world’s known species. Join us to explore the common insect species that call Waterloo Park home and their role in the park’s biological foundation!

Wild Wednesdays take place on the Meredith Heritage Tree Deck at Waterloo Park located at 1301 Trinity St.

About Wild Wednesdays

Wild Wednesdays are a variety of science, nature, and STEM programs designed to connect kids (ages 5-14+) to the natural world through hands-on nature exploration and learning through problem-solving, outdoor play, and journal exercises.
